Signature Cakes

Unless specified, all cakes are available in small (8″) and Large (10″) and extra Large (12″). As a general rule, small cakes serve 8-10, large cakes serve 16-20, and extra large serves 20-30. Any of our Signature Cakes can be written on for special celebrations, at no additional COST! Call 412-882-9960 to order.

Black Forest Cake – Rich devils food cake with tart cherry filling between each layer. Iced with our real whipped cream and garnished with long stemmed maraschino cherries!

Black Widow Cake – Fudge layered between each layer of yellow cake, smothered with our creamy chocolate butter cream icing, the spider-web effect of chocolate ganache and white chocolate on top lends this cake its name! A Must Try Dessert!

Buckeye Cake – Three luscious layers of rich chocolate Devils Food cake with our own homemade peanut butter filling nestled between. Iced with creamy chocolate buttercream icing and topped with dollops of chocolate butter cream and crushed peanuts! Deeee-lish!

Carrot Cake – Moist spice cake loaded with black walnuts and carrots. Smothered in our creamy rich homemade cream cheese icing!

Chocolate Mousse Cake – Three layers of chocolate cake filled with silky smooth chocolate mousse, iced with a thin layer of rich chocolate butter cream, and poured with a dark chocolate ganache. Ultimate party cake. AVAILABLE BY ORDER ONLY – 10″ ROUND ONLY.

Chocolate Sin Torte – Gluten Free – Chocolate decadence in a wedge. A completely flourless cake consisting of a pound of chocolate and 1/2 pound of butter in each cake! Real whipped cream border and chocolate covered coffee beans garnish this rich dessert. Available only in large only.
